NOW OPEN- St.Marlo’s brand-new model home is open for visitors! This is our Josephine 1A Home Plan which is a 5 bedroom/ 4 bathroom base plan with 4,040 sqft. The home features a flex room, window wall, butler’s pantry, home bar, deluxe laundry, and more! The model home serves as the sales center for the community, and you are welcome to stop by anything during operating hours to visit our St. Marlo team or take a home tour! However, we do suggest making an appointment to get a private and attentive showing from our agents.
