New Home Consultants

Our New Home Consultants are expert tour guides who'll assist you throughout the process of building your new home in Birmingham, Huntsville, or Baton Rouge. We are proud to be the only home builders in the Birmingham area to offer this service.

You’ll meet with your New Home Consultant shortly after selecting your new homesite and floor plan. We’ll be your one-call center, since there are so many builders, sub-contractors, inspectors, and suppliers in and out of your house everyday. We may not know the answer to your question, but we know where to go to get it.

We'll also be the ones to help you with the custom alterations you've chosen for your dream home. We'll be there with you during your plan review meeting, to make sure that our design engineers have properly captured all of your desired changes on the drawings that will be used to build your dream home. We'll also make sure that the estimating team places the orders for your added amenities correctly so that your move in day is not delayed due to material delays.

Once your dream home is framed (meaning that the wall framing is up, and the roof, plumbing and electrical elements are in place), we'll guide you through your frame walk meeting. This will give you a chance to see that everything is in its proper place before the sheetrock and ceilings are installed. Finally we'll be there with you during your home orientation tour once your home is finished. This meeting will take place just days before you move in, and during this meeting we'll check all of the systems and equipment in your new home, go over our warranty and customer service program, and inspect your home for any small items that need adjusting prior to move-in.

In between these steps, we'll be available to answer any questions you may have along the way. Our goal is to make the experience of building your dream home as exciting and stress free as possible.
